eApp implementation is directly project managed by a very experienced and a highly technical staff member from the eApp team. From the start of the project to the point at which eApp goes live in your institution, the eApp project manager will manage initial scoping and implementation activities. This ensures that the institutions do not have to project manage the implementation and can rely on the expertise of the project manager who will keep the internal project lead informed of progress.

During the scoping period the project manager will engage with nominated staff from the institution to complete relevant scoping documents as well as obtain and seek agreement on design, content and configuration of eApp. In terms of IT requirements, a full technical information is provided so that the institutions can use the information to set up and configure the relevant environments and access protocols for the eApp development team.
